Your appointment time at Persona Spa is reserved especially for you and we do our best to be mindful of both your time and ours.  Missed appointments directly affect the income of the therapist as an appointment could have utilised your spot. Please be mindful of our time as it is just as valuable as your time.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we have instilled the following cancellation policy:


We Require At Least:

  • 24-hours for appointments under 2-hours in duration

  • 48-hours for appointments with a duration of 2-hours or more


Clients who cancel appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times are considered a “NO SHOW”.


  • Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or “No Shows” will NOT be charged the first time.

  • On the second occurrence 50% of the services booked will be charged & we will require a deposit paid for future bookings.

  • On the third occurrence 100% of the services booked will be charged & we will require your next appointment to be prepaid in full.


The Persona Spa Cancellation/No-Show Policy may be used at the discretion of the Persona Spa Management. Some exceptions apply. The policy may be applied on a case by case basis that may not reflect the above structure.  Putting into effect this cancellation policy allows us time to inform our wait list clients of our availability.  It also allows us to keep our team members' schedules filled to better serve our clients.  


Why We Use It:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed three days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a NO SHOW fee will apply.


Text Confirmations:

As a courtesy, we offer text confirmations that are sent out three business days prior to your appointment date. We also try to call every client that fails to respond to the text confirmation,  however, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the NO SHOW fee.


Late Arrivals:

Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will try to adjust your arrival time to our schedule. However, if your arrival time interferes with another guest’s reserved appointment we may ask you to reschedule your visit to another day. We do everything we can to accommodate each client for their reserved appointment date and time, however these appointments are allocated sufficient time to complete the desired services only so excessive tardiness will cut into that much needed time.


We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure you have the reserved appointment time that you most desire.
