If you are new to the clinic, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to fill out any forms necessary for your appointment.
We kindly ask that all other clients arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure the appointment will start on time. Late arrivals may not be able to receive all of their treatment as we must run on time for the following clients and treatments.
All consultations are free of charge but are not available during our busiest times which are late nights and Saturdays. Consultations are to be completed first before we book the treatment appointment. In some cases we are not able to proceed with the requested treatment, so do not want to reserve a machine and a therapist if we can’t proceed.
We accept Eftpos, Debit, Visa, Master card, Direct Bank Transfer & Cash. We can also customise payment terms to suit our clients needs via Ezipay Direct Debits with either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. We have our own in-house layby plan where clients can prepay their treatments with either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.
When prepaying for a series of treatments it is important to listen to your therapist's advised time between appointments to ensure you get the best result possible.
IMPORTANT: If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or if you ‘No Show’ a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will NOT be taken from the total amount you have pre-paid, it is separate, and required to be paid BEFORE rescheduling your appointment.
Spa Cancellation Policy
Please note that by booking an appointment you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a fee that is 50% of the total appointment cost, if we can’t fill that time slot from our waitlist. If we can fill it, you will only be charged a $30 cancellation fee. PLEASE NOTE - If you have a friend/family member who is able to fill your appointment time no fee will apply.
If you “NO SHOW” your appointment you will be required to pay a fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment cost. You will then be asked to pay a deposit on future bookings. Deposits will not be refunded for No Shows and will be applied to the cancellation fee.
Compassionate Consideration - We understand that there are some situations where last minute rescheduling/cancellations are unavoidable and we will exercise special consideration in these cases.
Situations that are NOT acceptable and will result in a cancellation fee include:
Forgetting appointments or “no showing.”
Mismanaging schedules or double booking yourself.
Running late & missing your appointment.
